Cerificate Holcombe 1996 says: "The strip is commercially used, a rarity for this stamps. It originally had a rather oily cancellation and some surface soiling. An attempt was made to remove the oil which was mainly on the center stamp, this has left the strip with some staining, some slight surface abrasions and a roughness of paper around some of the verical perforations."....."Despite the soiled nature of the strip it is belived to be the largest known multiple of this rare stamp.". Also Cert. R.P.S. (£ 42.000).
