1. The auction is public and voluntary.

2. All bids are binding.

3. Bids shall be given in Norwegian currency.

4. The buyers premium is 10%. Postage and packing will be added tot the invoice.

5. Lots will be shipped (usually by registered mail through PostNL) at buyers risk.

6. Invoices must be paid in full within 10 days of the sale.

7. Each lot is offered as genuine and authentic unless otherwise indicated.

8. Collections, accumulations or wholesale lots are sold without guarantee.

9. Lots may be submitted for expertization. Extensions must be arranged prior to the sale.

10. Any lots accompanied by a certificate are sold with this opinion only.

11. No lot can be rejected if it has been treated by any process whatever subsequent to the sale unless authorisation in writing from the auctioneer has been obtained in advance.

12. All claims with respect to lots purchased must be entered in writing within 14 days from the date of sale.

Lots will be shipped immediately after full payment has been received.

Lots are sent by PostNL.

Postage and any insurance will be added to the invoice.

NOK 100 is added for payments from outside the EU for bank fees
